Provide the full address rather than just a neighbourhood name. Around the Old Port and city centre, specify the hotel or building entrance and any access restrictions. For departures from northern, eastern or southern Marseille, include details that will help your driver find your pickup point. Our registered office remains in the 15th district; pickup locations are not additional branches.

Planning a departure from Les Pennes-Mirabeau, Cabriès, Simiane-Collongue, Septèmes-les-Vallons, Bouc-Bel-Air or Vitrolles? Send your exact address, date, time and destination so availability can be checked and your journey arranged. For a residence, hotel or business, also provide access instructions.
For an early departure or a late return, make your request ahead of time. Feasibility, the vehicle and journey arrangements must be confirmed before booking; a nearby location does not guarantee immediate availability.
Airport, railway station or cruise terminal
- Marseille Provence Airport: provide your flight number, scheduled time and luggage details.
- Saint-Charles station: share your train and travel time, especially for an onward connection.
- Marseille Cruise Port: provide your ship’s name, terminal and embarkation or disembarkation time.
Passengers, luggage and multiple vehicles
Specify the passenger count, large suitcases, pushchairs and any particular requirements. Mercedes Van bookings require at least 24 hours’ notice. A 2025 Mercedes E-Class may be requested, subject to availability and confirmation. For multiple vehicles, allow at least 24 hours and state the exact number required: availability must be confirmed before any booking.
